The brewer behind TTP
Canada, New Zealand, the French Alps: everywhere, the same story. Scribbled notebooks, patched-together spreadsheets, and know-how that evaporates from one brew to the next.
At Behemoth, I started building the tool I was missing. Brew after brew, it became TTP. Today I use it every day in production, and I'm offering it to you.

Brewing engineer (UCLouvain), brewer and founder of TTP

The details of each module and of the reports, for those who want to dig deeper.
Ever hesitated between “recipe_v3_final” and “recipe_v3_final_REALLY”? In the Recipe Builder, every save creates a new dated version. Gravity, bitterness and water profile recalculate as you build the recipe: you know where you're heading before you even brew. And everything you enter, from the mash schedule to the fermentation protocol, then follows the batch all the way to packaging.
No more paper sheet between the recipe and the brewhouse. The Brew Log loads your recipe in one click, with every instruction set in the Recipe Builder. While brewing, you enter your readings in real time and the calculations happen on their own. Where paper only records, TTP compiles every brew, compares it with the previous ones and guides you for the next: the virtuous circle of a process that improves, brew after brew.
In the cellar, there's a lot to manage and plan, and a way of working is easily lost. As for sampling, it often ends up being dropped, because nobody knows what to do with the numbers. With TTP, brew day data is sent to the digital tank in one click: nothing to copy. The fermentation protocol planned in the Recipe Builder sets itself up there. Every reading is saved and compiled: you finally understand your fermentations.
Badly set CO₂, too much oxygen, a poorly traced batch: a whole tank can end up down the drain. The Packaging Log centralises every packaging session, every analysis and every format. You know exactly what went out, in which container and with what results, and deviations are flagged before they become a problem.
When a batch is finished, TTP assembles everything entered, from brewing to packaging, into a clear report, archived in your Drive and sent by email. The period report does the same over a week, a month, a quarter or a year: indicators that speak, so you steer your production instead of just keeping up with it.
A Google Sheet that behaves like a real app: buttons, automations, database, reports. Nothing to install.
Yes. When you sign up, a folder is shared with you, hosted under the TTP Brewing Tools account.
It's the standard screen for an app built by a small company that hasn't yet applied for Google's official certification. The script only reads and writes your own TTP files and generates your PDFs: no access to your other files, no data sold or shared.
Yes. Recipe, Brew Log, Cellar Log and Packaging Log are 4 separate files, so each part of your team works without stepping on anyone's toes.
Yes, any volume. You set your batch size when you create the recipe: the process stays the same at 20 L or 10,000 L, in metric or US units.
No commitment, no credit card for the trial. You test it free for 30 days. If you continue, you add your payment method; otherwise access simply stops, at no cost.
It stays in your Google Drive, accessible even without a subscription (as raw data, without the automations). Never sold or shared.
No, it complements it. Brewery ERPs handle inventory, sales and traceability very well. TTP takes care of what they barely track: what happens in the tank, brew after brew. Efficiencies, fermentations, quality deviations. Designed from the brewhouse floor, not from a management dashboard.
No, your recipes stay entirely yours. TTP's AI is only used to pre-analyse your production reports.
